What Data We Collect

When you use AgriGrow, we may collect and store the following personal information:

  • Phone number used for account authentication via Firebase
  • Display name and profile photo you upload during onboarding
  • Field locations and coordinates you map in the dashboard
  • Crop type, season, and field metadata you enter
  • Usage analytics and app interaction logs
  • Contact form submissions and support messages

How to Request Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, send us an email request:

Send an email to technical.support@deepneurons.ai with the subject line: Account Deletion Request. Include your registered phone number in the email body.

Data We May Retain

Even after a deletion request, we may retain certain non-identifiable, aggregated, or anonymized data for legitimate business or legal purposes including:

  • Financial transaction records (if applicable, as required by law)
